We are a dynamic and versatile company which develops and manufactures customized machinery and systems based on the customers' requirements. We accurately design, develop and test machinery, customized stand alone and integrated systems. We are focused on speed and flexibility when realizing our machinery.

The way we operate

• Initial Phase:
  Feasibility study and production costs. At first we perform a free feasibility study. The customer explains his needs, shows us all tests previously carried out on the product, and shares relating informations with us. Together we set the objectives and then two or more suitable technical solutions are proposed to better satisfy customer's requirements and goals. The most convenient solution is discussed and agreed together with the customer, meanwhile technical resources are arranged for the following phase.
  At the end of this process, a formal document - describing all features of the machine or system - is written along with the customer. Then, based on this document, he receives our offer on production costs and time. This whole process is completely free
  
  
• Planning Phase:
  The most challenging technical solutions are firstly designed and tested. So the most innovative or critical components of the machine or of the system are developed, produced and checked. In some cases, manual and semiautomated tools are produced and experimented, by simulating the most critical operations.
  At the same time, we start with the project of the machine or the system, using technical solutions and components already tested. So to reduce production costs and time.
  Our technicians design, assemble and test the machinery they themselves developed. This phase ends once the customer reviews and accepts the project.
  
  
• Production Phase and Installation at Customer's Base:
  Here the production phase and assembly of the machine start. The related tests follow and finish with the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and then the SAT (Site Acceptance Test). The installation of the device at the customer's base is at Platinum Corporate's expenses. After the SAT, our technicians deliver a course to the machine or system users and remain at their disposal even when the machine is implemented from the design to the final test in 6-9 months
